DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with tracking information via Hong Kong Speedpost / e-Express service or FedEx and will be delivered within 2-14 working days depends on your destination. Order will be processed within 2 working days after your payment is confirmed. Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country. The delivery cost is around $20 - $40 depends on the size of bag your ordered. The final delivery cost can be found in the checkout page. 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES 
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional custom clearance charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
Your order may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
 
PAYMENT 
seal-international.com accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and others credit cards supported by PayPal. A currency converter is available on our site to view products in the following currencies HKD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, KRW, CNY, SGD, TWD as a reference, all orders will be processed in US Dollars (USD). 

Originality of SEAL Bag 
The actual product received is different from the product images in the website, including the patterns and markings of tire tube. Since our products are made from reclaimed tire tube materials, each of the products is unique. We believe this is a great way to highlight the nature of our reclaimed products and show your commitment to upcycling and sustainability.

If you have any special request on these patterns and markings, just let us know. We’re happy to help and try our best to sort out the best fitted pieces for you.

RETURN
All products purchased from seal-international.com have a 14 day return period from the date received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaged condition. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by seal-international.com will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. Return shipping costs are the returner’s responsibility.

All sales items are final sales and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
