TERMS OF SERVICE
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by seal-brand.hk and the buyer. By placing orders with seal-brand.hk, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions below.
ORDERS
Order must be made through the order pages on the site. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we are not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information in your order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Our prices for bags and products are subject to change and any such change will be notified by amending the relevant prices displayed on the site. Any increase in the prices will only apply to an order placed after the posted increase. If we make an error in the presentation of the prices on the site we will tell you as soon as possible and you may either cancel or reconfirm your order.
SHIPPING
Our orders are usually shipped with Hong Kong Post office or SF Express unless agreed otherwise. Shipments are usually made within 2 working days upon receipt of payment. Shipping time depends on geographical locations but is usually less than 10 days (with reservation for delays in customs).
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes charged by the country of destination. seal-brand.hk has no control or responsibility for such additional charges. As the consignee, you will be required to pay duty and taxes when the goods arrive in the destination country.
If, for any reason, you refuse to accept the shipment, it will be sent back to our warehouse and all shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund. Likewise, we will not be able to refund duty, V.A.T or other taxes charged by the destination country.
STOCK
All products found on seal-brand.hk are currently in stock unless the product is marked 'Out of Stock'. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock' item, please contact us by email at: contact@sun-prime.com. We will do our best to inform you where our products are available for purchase. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in the event that the stock quantity was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
RETURN
All products purchased from seal-brand.hk have a 7 day return period from the date received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaged condition. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by seal-brand.hk will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. Return shipping costs are the returner’s responsibility
Return instructions:
Make sure to contact us at contact@sun-prime.com before you ship the goods back. We will send you a return approval note. Please remember to quote your order number.
All returned goods must be unused, in original condition and packed in the original package.
Returned merchandise should be sent prepaid, otherwise it will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend that you use a respected trackable carrier, and that you insure the returned merchandise to its full amount. We will not be able to issue a refund in case the returned merchandise is damaged, lost or does not meet our return policy. In this case, a partial refund might be issued on our discretion.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
seal-brand.hk does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people, outside companies or third parties.
RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNET
We have no control over the Internet. The site and the order processing system and secure online e-commerce payment system on the site will not be error free or uninterrupted. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which results or may result from your access to or use of the Internet or the site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless seal-brand.hk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, complaints, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising from or relating in any way to your use of the Site.
GOVERNING LAWS
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
